This June will mark my 6th year living in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. I always pinch myself when I recognize that I live here. If you don’t know what I mean, I want to share that Sedona is one of the most beautiful spiritual healing destinations. Recently, I was reflecting on my decision to move here, and I realized that by saying YES to myself in 2020, that “YES” catapulted me further into living my purpose and passion deeply.
Sedona is not just an ordinary destination. It is known as a beautiful spiritual healing mecca. The red rocks, expansive blue skies, and energetic vortexes create an environment where people can slow down, release what they’ve been carrying and step into their best self. I often hear people say, I don’t know what it is with the energy here, but it’s amazing.
When I said that very big, scary yes to myself, I stepped into the unknown, and I have never seen so much personal growth. This is where I see that the Universe fully supported my decision to become an entrepreneur and to step into being a wellness practitioner, sharing my gift with the world. When I meet women in Sedona, I notice that slowly over our time together, something shifts within them. They arrive carrying the weight of the world…anything from grief, divorce, burnout, or simply the quiet knowing that they are seeking more from life, and then they feel the supportive, healing energies of Sedona, and the space that has been intentionally created for them and that helps them shift.
My Sedona VIP Spiritual retreats are deeply personal and are designed specifically for you. We collaborate and curate the best experience for you and your needs. And, this is all done before your arrival, so when you arrive in Sedona we have a flow in the itinerary that fully supports your growth. These are private, intentional containers for healing, clarity, and transformation. Your VIP Sedona spiritual retreat experience that blends personal coaching, breathwork, sound healing, and time on the land into a powerful and supportive journey. If you’ve been craving space to breathe, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself, this is exactly the opportunity to say YES to you!
Imagine beginning your retreat with an opening ceremony where we set intentions and gain clarity. Then each day’s experience builds on the teachings of the prior day. We work on the stories, limiting beliefs and old patterns that show up and limit you, and the entire time we stay focused on your intention. All my healing modalities are here to support your growth…from personal coaching to breathwork and sound to gentle movement and time in nature. It becomes an effortless flow. One of the modalities I love weaving into my retreats is breathwork. I’ve seen how powerful the breath can be when it comes to releasing what the body has been quietly holding for years. Breathwork creates a pathway for energy to move. This is an ancient modality that has been used for years to alter and shift our consciousness and move stuck energy in the body. As I guide the breath, the body begins doing what it naturally knows how to do—release, soften, and create space again. Every experience is different, but it’s often deeply emotional, physical, and sometimes even spiritual.
As this begins to unfold, my role isn’t just to guide the breath. This is where my coaching comes in. When emotions surface or realizations begin to emerge, I’m there to support you in that moment. Sometimes it’s helping you stay present with what you’re feeling, sometimes it’s gently reflecting back what I’m noticing, and other times it’s simply holding a safe space so your body and nervous system can move through the experience without needing to rush or shut it down.
I also love bringing sound healing into these sessions. For me, sound is incredibly supportive when the breath is moving energy through the body. The vibrations from the bowls create a sense of grounding and safety while everything is shifting. It allows the nervous system to settle and integrate what is happening rather than feeling overwhelmed by it. I often see women soften in a completely different way once the sound comes in.
When breathwork, sound healing, and coaching come together, something really special happens. The breath helps move what has been stuck, the sound creates a container that feels supportive and calming, and the coaching helps bring awareness and integration to the experience. It becomes more than just a session—it becomes a moment of reconnection with yourself.
The entire retreat experience is intentionally designed to support your journey from beginning to end. From the moment we open our time together with an opening ceremony to our closing celebration dinner. Each modality we move through breathwork, sound healing, coaching, and the quiet moments of reflection in between builds on the last, gently guiding you deeper into connection with yourself. By the time we reach our closing ceremony, something has shifted. My intention with the entire experience is to create a container where that kind of transformation can unfold naturally, where you feel supported every step of the way, and where you leave not only feeling lighter, but more connected to the woman you truly are.
The world is a chaotic, noisy place, and now more than ever, we need to step into our knowledge. There is rarely a perfect moment to pause and invest in yourself. Life will keep moving, responsibilities will remain, and it can feel easier to keep pushing forward, but true transformation often requires stepping out of the noise and giving yourself space. A Sedona VIP spiritual retreat offers that space. It allows you to slow down, reset your nervous system, gain clarity, and reconnect with your deeper truth. When you give yourself this time, the benefits ripple into every area of your life—your relationships, your work, your health, and your sense of purpose. Supporting yourself now is not selfish. It is one of the most powerful decisions you can make for your future.
This experience is more than a retreat; it’s a transformation.
