A QUIET QUESTION
Could This Be your Next Step?
If you’ve found yourself here, there’s a good chance you’ve been curious about sound healing for some time.
Maybe you’ve experienced a sound healing and couldn’t stop thinking about how it made you feel. Maybe you’ve caught yourself wondering what it would be like to create that same experience for someone else. Or perhaps you’ve been feeling drawn to learn something that feels meaningful, creative, and deeply aligned with who you’re becoming.
I’ve learned that intuition rarely shouts. More often, it shows up as a quiet nudge, a curiosity you can’t quite explain, or an opportunity that continues to find its way back to you.
One of the questions I’m asked most often is, “How do I know if this training is right for me?” My answer is simple. If something about this work continues to capture your attention, it’s worth paying attention to.
Not because you need to have every answer today, but because some of the most meaningful decisions we make begin long before we fully understand where they’ll lead.
This training welcomes women from all walks of life. Some are yoga teachers, coaches, therapists, Reiki practitioners, massage therapists, nurses, and wellness professionals looking to expand the way they support others. Others arrive during a season of transition, feeling ready for something new but unsure of exactly what that looks like. What they all have in common isn’t experience.
It’s a willingness to begin.
You don’t have to know exactly how you’ll use this training before you say yes. Some of my students go on to facilitate private sessions or group sound healings, and others weave sound into the work they already do. Some simply begin because they feel called to deepen their own journey first, trusting that the next step will reveal itself in time.
I’ve found that confidence doesn’t come from having the whole path mapped out. It comes from taking the first step and discovering you’re more capable than you imagined.
If your heart has been quietly leading you here, perhaps you don’t need more certainty.
Perhaps you simply need permission to trust yourself.

“Cheryl creates a space that feels grounded, encouraging, and empowering. Throughout the training, I felt supported, strengthened, and more confident in my own abilities.”

THE PHILOSOPHY
More Than A Certification

Learning to play crystal singing bowls is only one part of becoming a confident sound healing practitioner.
In this training, you’ll gain the knowledge, hands-on experience, and practical skills to facilitate both individual and group sound healing experiences confidently. We’ll explore the science of sound, musicality, energy, and facilitation, so you understand not only how to play the instruments, but how to create an experience that is intentional, meaningful, and impactful.
But the bowls are only one part of what creates a meaningful experience. The facilitator is the other.
Over the years, I’ve learned that people rarely remember every sound they heard. They remember how they felt. They remember feeling safe enough to relax and connected enough to let go and relax.

That is why this training goes beyond teaching the instruments. You’ll learn how to confidently guide an experience, trust your intuition, develop your own musicality, and discover a facilitation style that feels authentic to you—not a copy of mine.
This training is intentionally hands-on because confidence isn’t built by watching. It’s built through experience. You’ll receive sound healing, facilitate for others, receive personalized feedback, ask questions, and leave knowing not only what to do, but why you’re doing it.
I hope that when you leave this training, you walk away with far more than a certification. I hope you leave with a deeper trust in yourself, a renewed connection to your intuition, and the confidence to create meaningful sound healing experiences that people carry with them long after the final note has faded. Because the most powerful practitioners aren’t remembered for the notes they play—they’re remembered for the way they make people feel.

“Not only was this training fun, I left with enough confidence to incorporate sound healing into my acupuncture practice right away.”

A LETTER FROM CHERYL
Remember what has been within you all along

Healing doesn't always begin with finding something new. Sometimes it begins by remembering what has been within you all along. Maybe that's what brought you here.
Perhaps you've experienced a sound healing and couldn't explain why you felt lighter afterward. Maybe your mind became quiet for the first time in months. Maybe tears surfaced without words, or your body softened in a way it hadn't in years. Or maybe you've simply found yourself drawn to crystal singing bowls, wondering why they continue to capture your attention. I don't believe that's a coincidence.
I believe our bodies often recognize what our minds haven't yet found the words for. That has certainly been true for me.
I still remember my very first sound healing experience as if it were yesterday, even though it was more than ten years ago. I remember lying in savasana at the end of a yoga class not knowing what to expect. As the first vibrations of the crystal singing bowls filled the room, something inside me began to soften, and my entire body responded. It wasn't simply what I heard; it was what I felt. The vibration reached places within me that words never could. I left that experience feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace than I had in a very long time.
At the time, I had no idea that one experience would completely change the direction of my life.
I wasn't searching for a certification.
I wasn't looking for a new career.
I was searching for peace.
Years later, after losing my mom, I found myself carrying a grief that words couldn’t reach. During that season, I received a download that quietly stated, begin working with sound; it will help you heal.
I listened.
What began as my own healing became my life’s work. Sound taught me something far greater than how to facilitate a session. It taught me how to slow down. How to trust and
It has taught me to reconnect with the wisdom and intuition that had been there all along.
Today, after guiding hundreds of sound healing experiences and training students from around the country, I believe the most powerful facilitators aren’t remembered because they played every note perfectly. They’re remembered because of how people felt in their presence. That is what I hope to teach you.
Yes, you’ll learn the science of sound, how to confidently facilitate meaningful experiences, and how to work with a variety of therapeutic instruments. But more importantly, I want you to discover your own voice.
I don’t want you to sound like me. I want you to become the practitioner only you can be.
Because I hope that when you leave this training, you won’t simply have a certification.
You’ll have the confidence to create experiences that people carry with them long after the experience is over.
You’ll have a deeper trust in yourself, a stronger connection to your intuition, and the confidence to share this work in a way that feels genuine, meaningful, and uniquely yours.
It would be an honor to walk beside you as you discover what becomes possible when you begin trusting what has been within you all along.
IN THEIR WORDS
Stories of Transformation

Holly Puleo, Utah
Cheryl Bailey is an amazing teacher and healer. What I appreciate the most about her teaching style is her authenticity and knowledge. I learned that anyone can “play with bowls,” but those who are called to “work with bowls” play from a musical perspective and deeper understanding of harmonics. Harmonics is what carries the balance of frequencies and holds resonance. This resonance is why we can assist those seeking sound healing. This is the approach and message Cheryl teaches with an easy and translatable comprehension which gave me the confidence to create healings."

Toni Peterson, Arizona
My experience with Cheryl's Sound Healing Facilitator course and learning how to play Crystal Alchemy bowls exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed getting the opportunity to learn to harmonize and play the bowls in a whole new way. Cheryl's love and passion for music and in playing various instruments is contagious and makes learning so much fun, and definitely ignited a spark within me, bringing my love for music and healing to a whole new level. Her teaching style is very thorough in the process of covering every aspect of crystal sound bowls, including the history, learning the notes and frequencies and how to incorporate other instruments so that you are fully equipped and ready to play crystal bowls, feeling confident, and returning home ready to integrate them into your practice.
Cheryl is very experienced and knowledgeable and does everything she can to help you feel comfortable and supported along the way. I would 100% recommend taking Cheryl's Sound Healing certification course if you feel any type of desire to bring music into your life, and/or share with others in the community. The world needs more of this!

I was thrilled with Cheryl’s three-day training on Introduction to Sound Healing. Not only was this training fun, I left with enough confidence to incorporate sound healing into my acupuncture practice right away. Cheryl is not only a gifted sound healer, she is an amazing teacher who is able to convey the science behind this work as well as practical tips that come along with her extensive experience. Her willingness to answer questions after the training is over also comes in handy as you put your training into practice. Give yourself the gift of this training.
