A weekly program that meets for an hour. It is designed to provide an understanding of the fundamentals of mindfulness and guide your team through mindfulness practices and helpful pearls of brain science designed to reduce stress and enhance well-being at work.

This one-hour talk provides an overview of what mindfulness is, what it isn’t, and why it matters in the workplace.
