Whether you are new to meditation or wanting to build your practice, this is the class for you. Join this 4-week series, "Ready, Set, Meditate," and together we will gather weekly via Zoom and dive into various aspects of meditation. Once you join, I will reach out to you via phone and we will discuss a mutually agreed upon for time for meeting for class via zoom.
